We would like to reassure you that while it is currently business as usual.

We have implemented a number of procedures, based on the current HSE and WHO guidance to minimise the risk to our staff, our valued guests and the communities in which we live in relation to the spread of Coronavirus.

Robertstown Holiday Village takes both guests and employee safety extremely seriously. It is for this reason that we have implemented to following measures here in the holiday Village.

  • We are encouraging our guests to use contactless payments where possible & omit cash transactions.
  • Our housekeeping team are fully briefed on the policies laid out by the HSE and WHO Fáilte Ireland, and continue to follow the highest possible hygiene standards at all times.
  • While using common areas such as our laundry facility please use the hand sanitizer and wipes which are in place.
  • In relation to bookings/cancellations: Any bookings which have been made we are honouring these until such time that we are advised otherwise.
  • Should a “lockdown” scenario occur in Ireland, we will ask guests to postpone their stay to another date and we will honour all payments and deposits already paid.

We will continue to monitor this ever-evolving situation, but we are always happy to speak to you if you have any questions regarding your stay.
